GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS SOLD AND SHIPPED BY AETHER CORPORATE

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good or to give up a Service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than delivery. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period of return of a Good or renunciation of a Service expires within 14 days from: The day on which the Buyer enters into physical possession of the last Good - if the Buyer orders through a single order multiple products to be delivered separately / Day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good or last piece - in case of delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts.


1. The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them.

2. The return is made with the original labels intact, the original warranty certificate (if issued by the manufacturer / distributor) and all documents with which the product was delivered.

3. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and accompanied by the accessories / gifts with which it was delivered.

4. If you have bought several products of the same kind and you want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. Returns of other products are only accepted if they are sealed.

5. You can return sanitary supplies (protective masks, gloves, disinfectant or other products in the category) only if they are sealed and without traces of use.

6. Products that have been subjected to unauthorized interventions, those that show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, shards, bumps, mechanical / electrical shocks, products that lack accessories are not accepted.

7. Returns are not accepted if you have uninstalled the existing operating systems or other delivery programs, if the products have OEM licenses enabled, or if you have uninstalled the existing operating systems or other delivery programs.

8. Small appliances and electronics, if they have been unsealed and tested by the customer, must be brought clean in order for the return to be accepted
